Everything about this company is top notch! I recommend them 100%. We had a complete rewire, removing all of the knob and tube, plus a new HVAC system installed. From the top down, the owners are super easy to work with, doing pre-job walk throughs, and they were always available to answer questions, letting me know what would be happening next. To my astonishment, they provided a mid job cleaning service, and a post job cleaning service. The crews for all of the jobs were amazing, cleaning up at the end of each day, and they were genuinely wanting to do the best job possible. Plus, they LISTENED to me, answering all questions. Special shout out to Victor, Alejandro and Junior, for being so wonderful to have working in the house during the job…THIS is what a company should be like….Everything went smoothly. We had our aging air conditioning system and gas heatter replaced with mini-splits. Ben came and talked to us, and went through everything, and we enjoyed talking and planning with him.. Shortly after, Bryan and Aaron came to do the installation, and worked for most of four days. They were pleasant, professional, hard-working , and very considerate, just nice to have working in our home. An additional thing we had really wanted was to have the huge wooden vent covering that took up most of our bedroom closet and the old furnace in our garage taken out. Bryan and Aaron did the entire project as agreed, with care. Julio had some time and came by near the end and helped with some advice too. Everything is working beautifully, and cools really well when set to a surprisingly high temperature, which is very efficient, and hopefully will mean even lower bills. Looking forward to using it for heating later, will be a big improvement. Bryan emphasized the pride he and Aaron take in their work and in our job, and it showed. We recommend them and Mr. Poppy, they were helpful, pleasant, and efficient.

We had a great experience with Jacob, who helped us out by adding a few outlets and fixing up some old knob and tube that was a fire risk. Looks great. Thanks!

We also had a service upgrade on our panel done by Tenzin Choenyi and Tenzin Norsang. They did a great job and helped us with relabeling our old breaker panel after they were done too.

Worked hard, very professional, highly recommend! Slight hiccup after customer service was prompt and the Tech Jaleel came over next morning promptly and fixed. Great Company!

Great process from beginning to end. The installation group was great and very professional. The team installed the AC unit with a coil to the furnace and connected all electrical. Highly recommend!

I could not be happier with the care and service that’s been provided by Mr. Poppy and installing our new air-conditioning and heat pump. Starting with Jeremy when when he came to my house to give me an estimate to Aaron and William and nacho and Mateo, who were part of the install crew there was another young man I did not get his name. We had a little bit of an issue with the ground wire Gilbert came out and diagnosed the issue and then Jaleel two days later when we got the new part came back out and installed it. Every step of the way it’s been enjoyable. I also spoke with or texted with an Angel and another person, I believe her name was Joan also fabulous!!
The only thing I haven’t gotten is a shirt. I really want aMr. Poppy short. my husband would like one too. We need some swag!
